Return Merchandise Policy

You must contact Premier at 888-773-6872 for approval before returning any merchandise.

Premier will accept for return previously purchased merchandise which is suitable for resale. The merchandise must be unused, in the original package, unopened and purchased within 60 days prior to the return. The original packing list must be included with the returned item.

Merchandise in soiled or outdated packaging is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Medicaments (Monsel’s, Lugol’s, Acetic Acid 5%, Lumicain and Salinocaine) are non-returnable unless shipped in error or are defective.

Custom-manufactured merchandise is not returnable.

Discontinued items and those designated as “available while supply lasts” in the price list cannot be returned for credit.

Defective merchandise or merchandise received due to our error may be returned without penalty within 30 days; however, we require you to call for approval. Also, include a copy of the packing list or invoice and reason for the return.

Merchandise returned from a physician or hospital must be arranged by the distributor and requires a written explanation for the return. Per federal regulations, contact information (user’s name, address and phone number) also must be included. Any returned product (specifically, instruments) that has had contact with a patient must be autoclaved and remain in the sealed pouch before being returned to Premier. This policy now will be strictly enforced.
